What's the Difference?

Therapy is focused on assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. It addresses past experiences and emotional patterns that meet criteria for medical necessity, providing support and interventions for mental health concerns. Therapy is introspective and guided by clinical standards to meet these needs.

Life Coaching focuses on creating the future you want. As a Mindset Coach and Licensed Clinician, I help high-achieving women over 40 move past self-sabotage, doubt, and fear to take consistent action toward their deepest personal and professional goals. Coaching is action-oriented, solution-focused, and designed to help you step into your confidence and fulfillment. It is not a substitute for therapy or treatment of mental health conditions
